SHYA MOUSAVIPOUR

Managing Director

Shya is the Managing Director at GreenVision, where he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s business operations, including deal structuring, client relations, advisory services, and due diligence. Since joining GreenVision, Shya has been instrumental in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and consulting activities, contributing to over $600 million in successful transactions across various industries. His extensive experience, combined with a robust network of multi-state operators, public companies, and family offices, has positioned him as one of the industry’s most well-connected and respected professionals.

Before his work in the multi-industry space, Shya built a solid foundation in commercial real estate banking. He worked for U.S. Bank’s commercial real estate group in Los Angeles, where his team managed a substantial $4 billion portfolio. This experience honed his skills in large-scale financial management and complex deal oversight.

Shya graduated from the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Development. His background in finance, operations, and strategic partnerships continues to drive GreenVision’s growth and success across its diverse business ventures.

FRED MOUSAVIPOUR

Chief Operating Officer

Fred recently joined Greenvision after serving as the Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Los Angeles. He is in charge of Greenvision’s day to day operations. He oversees all business development, due diligence and operations management.  

Fred comes with 30 years of experience leading major organizations in both the public and private sector in which he oversaw and managed staff of up to 2,000 members.  

He worked as the Director of Acquisitions for Concord Solutions, a full-service commercial real estate firm that specialized in real estate development & asset management that owned and managed a $400 million portfolio. Fred oversaw investor relations, development, leasing and acquisitions for projects in California, Arizona and Central America.

He also served as Director of Public Works for both the City of Santa Ana, and Redlands as well as the Deputy Public Works Director for the City of Los Angeles. He led & successfully delivered over $4 billion in diverse heavy industrial capital improvement projects in the State of California. Furthermore, he served as an executive at City of Los Angeles for a full lifecycle management of $11 billion in transportation infrastructure, which included the largest network of roadway, hardscape, and urban forestry in the United States. 

He also was an executive member of steering committee for a $7 billion expansion program for Los Angeles International Airport. He established AAA credit rating from “Standard and Poor’s” and was a recipient of multiple award-winning projects and programs. Furthermore, he served on numerous city, state and regional commissions.

Fred is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he received Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and Applied Mathematics.

STEVE BAGHOOMIAN

Director of Real Estate

Steve leads the Greenvision Real Estate division. He provides strategic and operational leadership for our real estate operations team. He is also responsible for aligning efforts in organizational strategy to achieve the firm’s collective purpose of helping clients achieve their real estate goals. His expertise has been development and sales over the past 29 years as a licensed California Real Estate Broker with an emphasis in sales, marketing, planning, development, asset management and establishing multiple industries cultivation enterprises from ground up. With a deep commitment to Greenvision standards and values, Steve excels in client interactions and community involvement within the organization. Steve is also experienced in dealing with both and state multiple industries regulators.

SHOHRE RAD

Chief Administrative Officer

Shohre Rad is a Chief Administrative Officer in Green Vision Los Angeles office. In this role, she is responsible for the development of new relationships with high-net-worth individuals, as well as managing the business administration team through a variety of administrative and regulatory projects benefiting both advisors and clients. She is responsible for aligning efforts to organizational strategy to achieve the firm’s collective purpose of helping clients thrive and prosper.

She and her team are also responsible for supporting the GreenVision– U.S. business through design and execution of HR programs that support employees by giving them tools they need to succeed. Her team provides guidance on all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee development, performance enablement, organizational design, change management, compensation, and diversity and inclusion.

Shohre’s expertise, energy and passion for people is evidenced by her ability to develop and implement HR programs to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented workforce

Shohre received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming–and a Master of Science in Computer engineering from the University of Phenix. She is a certified PMP since 2005, is a Senior Certified Profession for HR (since 2019) with over 25 years of corporate experience in a variety of industries including law (O’Melveny & Myers LLP), Healthcare (Saint Johns Hospital & Health Center), Entertainment (Universal Studios, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures), Retail (Guess Jeans?), Banking & Financials (Bank of America) . She is also the founder of STI Consulting, a California based engineering & Technology Program Management & Staff augmentation firm for DoD projects nationwide.

TINA NAVARRO

Executive Administrator

Tina recently joined Greenvision after serving 31 years with the City of Los Angeles. Tina has over 40 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Controller for the city of Los Angeles Public Works department. Tina holds expertise in customer service, office management and executive secretarial experience. Tina overseas all of Greenvision’s day-to-day internal tasks as well as coordination with vendors, clients and counterparties.
