Welcome to the SMS Messaging Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in the SMS messaging program (“Program”) offered by Greenvision (“we,” “us,” “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website or other permitted methods, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Greenvision regarding [service notifications, appointment reminders, promotions, updates, or other use cases you’ll send texts about]. Message frequency varies by use case.
You expressly consent to receive SMS messages at the mobile number you provided when you check the opt-in box on our online form or otherwise provide consent. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and that standard message and data rates may apply as set by your mobile carrier.
Message frequency will vary based on the type of messages you receive (e.g., reminders, notifications, promotions). We will send messages related to the Program described above and as further disclosed at the time of opt-in.
You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message from us. After you send the STOP command, we will send a one-time SMS reply to confirm your unsubscription and will not send you additional messages unless you opt in again in the future.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely messages, Greenvision is not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to factors outside our control, including mobile carrier systems and your mobile device settings.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable local law) to participate in this Program. If you are under the age required by law, you should not opt in to our SMS Program.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
